The Dent Guys, Inc is always looking to add more Paintless Dent Removal (PDR) Technicians to support our continuously growing hail damage repair team.
PDR Technicians are tasked with servicing new/existing accounts/customers by
repairing hail storm damage, providing world-class customer service, and maintaining excellent communication and quality with extensive attention to detail across all stages of the repair process.
PDR Technician duties:
Perform PDR work on hail damaged vehicles to our very high standards
Regularly work with account managers to increase quality of work/service
Maintain account relationships to ensure longevity of business
Service retail customers with excellent customer service and communication
Qualifications
Self-motivated
Ability to work independently
Excellent communication skills
≥3 Seasons PDR experience
Must have Workers' Comp Insurance
The capability to work in a fast paced, production style environment is a plus.
